A gourmet restaurant in the Loire Valley

La Maison d’À Côté is both a two-Michelin-star gourmet restaurant and a hotel located in the Loire Valley, focusing on modernity and elegance. The chef, Christophe Hay, also the owner of the hotel, and his brigade will offer you a truly delightful experience. Christophe Hay has chosen to favour products from the Loire Valley: at La Maison d’À Côté, ingredients follow the seasons, from the Chef’s garden itself, the Loire river and the surrounding forests.

At La Maison d’À Côté, the garden is cultivated in permaculture, with a zero chemical, pesticide or insecticide bias. Christophe Hay invites you to discover or rediscover different varieties of rare beans, oca from Peru and many tubers. As of May 1st, his restaurant in the Loire Valley only uses vegetables from its own garden.
